Willow Pop-Up #5: a la carte small plates

Chefs John Pickett and Doug Weiler are excited to announce their very first a la Carte pop-up on November 15th, 2015!  The success of our tasting menu pop ups have inspired them to reach out to those who wish to try just one or two items.  Here's what we're expecting to serve:

Smoked Mussels, grains, broth. $13

Kurobuta Ham, coffee, bitter greens, honey.  $9

Cauliflower & Mushrooms, potato, goat butter.  $12

Roast Chicken, heirloom carrots, thyme.  $14

Steak, Bercy butter, marinated fall vegetables.  $15

Vanilla Cake, apple, pear, creme fraiche.  $10

Beverage options are being prepared by Jim Pianki of Angel Face and Levant.  Here's what he's been thinking so far:

Mezcal, Punt y Mes, grenadine, bubbles.  $11

Aged Rum, Madeira, Maple, bitters.  $13

For this pop-up, service will begin at 6pm and run until 9pm or until the food is sold out.  It will be our last pop-up at L'Heure Bleu, Bluehour's private dining room, we look forward to seeing you all there!  Stay tuned for more information about our opening date and details!
