We are very excited to announce that we will be opening for our first evening of service on Tuesday, March 1st. It has been a long road since the preliminary meetings about Willow took place--we did not even have a name for the place yet--but we're nearing the end of one journey. Another begins when we open our doors to the public for the first time. We are anticipating a great year networking and engaging with Farmers and Producers in the Cascadia region to create tasting menus for our guests. Though we are limitings ourselves to a three-course menu for the month of March, due to Portland Dining Month, we will expand to a six-course Tasting Menu on April 1st.
